Nah, more like the one on the right in this pic:

    Looks suitably continental and deranged.

    Why? :)

Because no party even went near the topic/ suggested anything of reason, so any response would become a "kicking off" thread haha
Well exactly, I was trying to provoke a lively 'debate'

Must check out that inflammatory remark in some poll thread.

At least this thread has been more entertaining than exit polls and bollox.

Scary day today (regardless of election) when a palliative care consultant came to introduce herself to Eve. It turns out that they are the team that deal with general pain management and general mental health and not just managing end-of-life care. It would have been nice if someone had told us that before she arrived. Poor Eve was quite "tilted" by it.

Young Eve is also a bit of a hero with the doctors on the ward because a surgical consultant came to examine her and she told him that she'd been told not to let him. He was rather put out - not used to being stood up to by a young patient. He eventually had to ask one of the ward doctors to ask Eve if it would be OK. The ward doctors are very proud of her.

Things have moved on then. They rigged me up to a Morphine driver and told me where the '+' and the '-' buttons were and not to go over 5.5mg's per hour or 'they would take over'. I didn't go above 4.7.

Has she had the radio therapy* yet or the stem cell transfusion?

I am making a presumption, unless she has Acute Monocytic Leukaemia.

Eve has acute myoloid leukaemia. She just gets conditioning chemo and no radiotherapy to knock out her marrow and lymphatic system then the stem cells.

If that tightwad had bought people a pint he might have won by more than 45 votes, still not mine. But of course I would have lied to get the drink. Haven't looked at the figures but I suspect the resurgence of Labour did Zac a favour there.

Grazie - so long as people don't start playing silly buggers I'll be able to sit up with my poorly knee telling people about my poorly knee.

Which reminds me - have I told you lot about my poorly knee?

The 'Roebuck Clusterf**k' as it may come to be known as no doubt something will go wrong is Thurs next week in (surprise surprise) the Roebuck pub near Richmond Park. I've heard its really nice because Zac Goldsmith drinks there from time to time and Veronese goes along to salute him.

Apparently its the people pictured further up the thread who are going but we're not sure if TLW will ne sober enough to find his way there.

We will be here, whilst we are within a stone's throw of Zac's gaff I doubt he will be seen in a pub now. I'll be there, some other's might make it, some won't. The view's not bad.
