34.9 Titanium lay back seatpost

Looking to get one of these to complete my custom ti bike build. Do good ones exist? Seen a few things on ebay, but all the major manufacturers seem to top out at 31.6.
Also need a 15 to 20 lay back on it. A nice adjustment mechanism would also be good.
Am I looking for unobtainium duck eyelashes?

Why not see what shims are available? There are a lot of very good ones to be had. I wouldn't use one on a 27.2 in your case but a 31.6 post should be fine.0
