Hello All
Looking for some mechanical advice.
I went out and bought a Decathlon Chain Whip 'https://www.decathlon.co.uk/chain-whip-cassette-remover-id_8309913.html' and I bought one of their Cassette removal wrench.
However the removal wrench is too tall and when you go to trun it, its keeps falling out of position.
I know my bike is fitted with a 'SRAM PG850 11x28, 8s' cassette do you know which the the correct cassette removal wrench?
Cheers
Paul

not sure what "removal wrench is too tall " means
cassette lockring tools are pretty standard, some have a guide pin (like yours), some don't, like this...

if the problem is the guide pin, get one withoutmy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
Assuming you also bought their lockring removal tool, https://www.decathlon.co.uk/hg-cassette ... 51088.html, the two should work together, does the locating pin protrude out of the NDS axle end? Are you engaging the tool in the splines correctly?0

Have you accidently bought the Campagnolo type instead of the Shimano type ? They have different splines. That would explain why it wont fit.0
