Oh dear! Doesn't look good but a new spoke should sort that. Mavic are quite good on warranty, something like 2 years. If you bought them from a shop (any shop) fairly recently then it might be worth giving someone like Epic Cycles a call, they are not too far from you.0

You need a Mavic dealer... or you need to source a Mavic carbon spoke for your wheel and fix it yourself.
In the latter case, I suggest you give a shout to "Behind the Bikeshed", they can source pretty much anything Mavicleft the forum March 20230 -

if you want to diy, the mavic tech document gives a detailed guide to replacing these spokes, they run straight through the hub and are anchored on opposite sides of the rim
two tools are used, there's the wrench for the nipples which is supplied with a set of wheels, and a thing to hold the spoke flat while being tightened, can't remember if that comes with the wheels, but you could improvise with a bit of care
if the other spokes are all ok, you can probably do without a spoke tension gauge, take note of roughly how many turns the nipples need to be turned during removal, then get close to that during initial tensioning before you do the final tweaksmy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
.... and give a treat and clean em - please.0

Clean them and take them to the LBS. They have the experience and contacts to source stuff0
