I'm trying to find a 3 speed hub for a reasonable price.
Are these easy to refurb if old? I guess I would also need new spokes to fit to my fuji feather?

By far the easyist to refurb, even very old ones.

I've seen an AW 73-10 with 19 teeth.
In highest gear, will this be using the 19 teeth as is or is that considered gear 2 of 3 on a SA?

As I remember my original SA-AW, 2nd is direct and on the FW (4speed) direct is 3rd. On the Moulton I had 63x15 with FW hub. I would say read Sheldon Brown articles about hubs, as there are loads of differences, and parts may be difficult to get.
The Wife complained for months about the empty pot of bike oil on the hall stand; so I replaced it with a full one.

I've got one that came off an old shopper with 20" wheels. Not sure how many holes it is but can check if it's of interest to you.
