Broken time rxs carbon pedals

Hola. Anyone else had problems with time rxs carbon pedals breaking? Two in the last month... both the same issue - crack through the axle housing. I can't find any email address for Time to contact them either!

    No, but i've had two sets of the non-carbon version break on me, same issue, front part of pedal broke off that holds the front of the cleat.
