New trekking bike for men 5.6" (1.76cm)

In your opinion, is that bike good for a men 5.7" (1.76m) or is it for woman ?

    According to the Ortler website http://www.ortler-rad.at/produkt/ortler-lindau-damen-schwarz-glanz this is the women's version of the bike. There is no indication of which measurement the 48cm refers to so it is impossible to say what size it would fit.

    BTW, 1.76m is approx 5'9', not 5'6" or 5'7" !
