Campagnolo Athena 2012 vs 2015

Hey All,
Looking for some rare information it seems.
I have just purchased some 2015 Campy Athena Carbon Levers for my new bike and realised that none of the other parts I can see for Athena have any mention of the year 2015 (save the cranks, but I got record ones anyway).
So I was wondering, are the 2015 Athena mechs the same as 2012 Athena mechs (just a re-release)?
It's pretty difficult to find out, but I have had a look at the Campy spare parts manuals from 2012 and 2015. The part numbers for the front mech are identical (and the diagrams for that matter) and it's the same story with the rear mech.
One thing I did notice, was that I believe Athena Triple was only released in 2015 (in it's latest generation anyway).
So, am I right in thinking they just introduced the triple grouppo in 2015 and updated the double levers and cranks while they were at it?
Thanks,
Ed
P.S. The point of this is that I don't want to end up with the wrong generation parts for my shiny new levers
