Can 10sp zipp wheels be made 11sp compatible?

Hi all,

I have a fairly old pair of Zipps that I really want to use on my new 11sp bike. Does anyone have any advice on the cut of age for hub replacement? Or any work arounds? Or perhaps advice on having the hub machined down?

    with an edco mono block cassette they csn.

    I thought it was the freehub, it's spacers and nuts that determine which size cassette you can use?

    how does the edco work, looks like £180 for one cassette? Unfortunately my wheels are about 10 years to old for the conversion hub sigma sell.

    Anyone know any alternatives possibly cheaper? or a one off fee?

    I've looked into this easiest thing to do is get a machining shop to remove 1.8mm from the back of the cassette. Plenty of videos on YouTube

    Find a Campag freehub and use a Campag cassette. The spacing is near enough the same between Campag and Shimano 11 speed.

    Or yeh machine the freehub down.

    For what it's worth, I Had a machine shop remove 1.5mm from the bottom of the freehub, works a treat :)
