Rear Shimano SLX install

I've recently upgraded my aging SRAM Elixr R brakes with some new Shimano SLX's.
Front went on fine but with the rear but I've had to use the spacing concave washers left over from the Elixr R's as without them the caliper can't fit over the rotor. As well as the two concave washers I've had to add a very small washer to the stack which you can just about see in the photo.
The rear rotor is 160 and the mount is a shimano 160 mount. I'm just looking for confirmation really that they're installed correctly and if they're not what changes are needed to make it right.
TIA

You shouldn't need the spacers. Are you sure the adaptor is on the right way round?0

This ^^^^.
I have swapped from Avid to Shimano brakes on 2 of the family bikes and not had to use spacers. Turn the adaptor around and try again.

Both, thanks for taking the time to respond.
So simple (and obvious) when you know! Took 10 minutes to swap the mount round and the spacers are gone.
Thanks again.0
