Campag Chorus 11 speed

I know that Campag state that the 11 speed Chorus rear mech will only work with a max of 29 teeth. Has anyone tried a larger cassette with or without success. My thoughts are for using a 32 tooth one as a get out of jail free card this year on a particularly hilly holiday.
