Boost in the rear and non-boost in the front?

Hi
I'm about to build my first wheelset and I have the option of buying a new boost dropout for my frame (Stanton Sherpa) so the question is whether it makes sense to make the rear wheel boost even though I can't do boost in the front because of my non-boost fork? So it's either 12x148/15x100 or 12x142/15x100 which is preferable? I know boost should make a stiffer wheel everything equal, but does it also make the wheel stronger? I'm a heavy rider that ain't to kind on the rear wheel so it's in my interest to make it as strong as possible.
Thanks in advance, Mads
