Tired legs are getting a rest today as we have got friends over for the day.

Going to the kids festival which apparently isn't aimed at Gary glitter but actually the kids themselves

Taken hound for a walk, supped coffee.

Now filling forms to do with my old man's pensions. Plenty more form filling to come I'm sure. A mate has offered to come North with me to do some heavy lifting when the house clearance proper starts, which is good of him. He can also help me clear out the drinks cabinet.

Another 50 on the Renegade - some fun on the unmade parts of the Fosse Way - taking the opportunity to try to get the heart working.

    Afternoon folks,
Been rebuilding Mini front suspension again today, just about done, inevitably the last bit will fight hardest. Off to lunch at my folks first. Later should be a pint.

    Ain't bad at all.

I'd just knocked off 50 superfast miles across the hills. A cheeseburger is so much nicer that a protein shake. Lovely day, although a crappy headwind on the home leg.

Where's he gonna sit? Can't really see him dancing (or rather don't want to see him dancing).

Chesterfield and a rack of lab coats?

The pole is a good suggestion as it would solve half the problem of not currently having a staircase :D

I did think that solved the 'down' bit but it doesn't solve the 'up' bit.
