Just wondering which year of Specialized Stummpy is this. Is it worth it for possibly £400 or less?

    Who can tell from one picture, hence rule 16.

    Mainly depends on what the forks and shock condition is.

    Offer him a partially sucked haribo and half a cold pizza.

    I will see if he'll accept that offer :).

    I think he's the 2nd owner of the bike, so ill ask if the fork and shock are in good condition and been serviced recently.
