Well it had to happen. Unfortunately I'd imagine way too late and at a price point which will stop any manufacturer stocking bikes with them. Seems they have had a good write up as well, but then after all this time they should do!

He seems to highlight all the issues I have with my Shimano Ultegra disc solution. I.e. poorly designed shit shaped hideous hoods, spungy brake levers. Hasn't highlighted the abysmal inner gear paddle on the Shimano hoods though which you have to swing about a meter and wait for nearly an hour for a ropey gear change. Boy I wish Cannondale put SRAM discs or now Campy on their CAAD12's!

Indeed those cranks are not exactly a work of art.
I have the 6800 Ultegra disc hoods. The average Boris Bike has a crisper gear change.0 -
Very positive write up here:

well shimano dis sti's are hideous and so are there chaimset but they sell lots of them so looks are probably not an issue. if they work better then thats a bonus but i have bled out most of the free throw on rs685 levers. then these st's are near perfect except for there horrid shape.
I'll have to try them out i suppose.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0 -
