Veloce cassette - Individual sprockets?

I've run a marchisio cassette for the last few years but have just switched everything over to a new frame. Got a new chain and it's skipping... put on the old chain and it's fine so I deduced that it's time for a new cassette.
I'm running campag 10 speed.
I'd like to get a Veloce cassette and replace the 13 with a 12 from my marchisio set of cogs but do some of the sprockets come as conjoined sets?
