I have this brake set:
FRONT BRAKE
Shimano M506, hydraulic disc, resin pad, 200/180mm rotor
REAR BRAKE
Shimano M506, hydraulic disc, resin pad, 180/160mm rotor

Is it possible to change directly to Shimano XT M8000 Disc Brake + Rotor Bundle without making another change on my bike?
I have specialized Camber Comp 29 2017

you can just change the brakes without changing rotors but its not going to be much of an upgrade. I personally wouldn't go for the M8000 given the issues they have had with them. Zee/Saint would be an upgrade or a swap to anoter 4 piston type brake.

I have been running M8000 brakes since last September with no issues. The problems were with early batches of the brakes and seem to have been resolved now.
To be honest though, they are no better in operation than XT M785 brakes or SLX M675, so if you really want to 'upgrade' then go for one of those and save a bit of cash.

Out of interest, why do you want to change the brakes?

I just want better brakes cause I will use thus bike for 3-4 years from now, and I want better parts.
If someone can advise me brakes set to change this I'll be really happy.
Price between 200-300 for rear and front set together.

Get SLX, either M675 or the new M7000. Apart from the bite point adjust they are almost identical to XT.
M7000 are £65 an end from CRC.

Seconding the SLX. Personally got the M675 together with SM-RT76 rotors. If you can get them at a discount, they're an amazing value. The only worthy upgrade from that is Zee or Saint. As for rotors, do not recommend the SM-RT86 - heard a lot of people having issues with them being warped out of the box and rather easy to bend.
