Are these any good? Seem very light but have a high spoke count so are they too good to be true?

    AMerican classics are not for heavy riders... their hubs are too narrow to build a stable wheel

    Had a set for years until the rims eventually wore out, didn't last all that long. Albeit mine must have been an older version as sure they weren't tubeless compatible. Hubs are decent and needed minimal maintenance during their life. Wheels themselves felt a bit uninspiring, possibly the narrow rim and narrow hub combination. I actually much prefer my heavier wider handbuilt H Son Plus wheels.
