Rear wheel for Specialized Crux

Hi All,
I've got a 2016 Specialized Crux E5 Sport. I recently purchased a trainer(Cycleops Magnus and the 142x12mm adapter for my bike). I got a trainer tire for it, but I'm not liking having to swap out the tire every time I want to hop on the trainer or hop back out on the road.
It seems like with Specialized's decision in 2016 to go with the 135mm hubs and the SCS(short chain stays) hangers that aftermarket wheels are pretty hard to find. I've got an extra 11 speed cassette and can buy another disc brake rotor so ideally I could just swap out wheels much quicker than I could changing the tire.
Does anyone know of a wheel that would work for this? I asked a couple of local bike shops; one suggested the best solution was to continue swapping out the tire and another suggested just buying a cheaper used bike for the trainer.
Thoughts/ideas/suggestions?
