Morning, fine here going out for a ride soon, gardening followed by another pub meal0
-
rain here
Today should be more chilled than yesterday as I managed an ok run of 8 miles, a good play on the mountain bike, trip to the pub with a pal and enough jobs to keep the wife happy
I'm going to rest the legs today and play with the chainsaw in the morning, then over to some friends to walk up the Wrekin, then drop the kids off at a party0 -
Well that's it rain has stopped play and gardening by the look of it, it's coming down very heavy at the moment0

Apart from SG showing ISIS leanings I'm off for a damp ride this morning.
Later is family stuff and me saying "thank you for going "“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”

Successful divorce Slowmart?
Me, I dunno me. Oh scuppered plans with other plans. Might do some work and pedal tomorrow instead.
It's slightly cloudy but mild.

Good morning so far. Itch scratched, family breakfast consumed. Heading to the garden centre soon between showers, mainly because I've been promised a big slice of carrot cake.Pinno, מלך אידיוט וחרא מכונאי0

Trip to A&E last night so a late night but at least we're back home. Never a great sign when you're on first name terms with the A&E staff
Bike later.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0 -
Morning folks,
Glad you're back home MRS, hope she's as alright as can be. Bit of pottering about and nagging the teenage population of the house this morning. A tad moist out which may curtail the walk we had planned for later. Out to the garage to swap wheels between bikes and try to get the new wheels for the MTB to work tubeless. I'm sure black magic is involved.0 -

Thanks, V68 - yup, all as fine as can be. The worst bit is being in A&E on a bank holiday - whatever they pay the staff in those places, it simply isn't enough. And, judging by the number of "bank" (stand-in temp) staff that are always in there, it really ISN'T enough.
Stay sticky side down, folks!ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0 -
My god, I was out in shorts for the first time this year! 18 degrees and windy windy windy on my super silky silky silky smooth C40, all wax lubed and happy. (A one eyed ride but a ride nonetheless.)
Must shower. Eat.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
Traditional bank holiday of doing very little.
Stropteen's boyfriend dropped by today, seem I won't need the hockey mask and chainsaw as he seems like a good lad. Not really looking forward to tomorrow as work is involved for a change, may be a bit of a shock."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." Christ I didn't buy the current mother in law anything when I was that age0 -
