Upgrading disc calipers, advice needed (Cannondale CAADX)

Hi all,
I'd like to upgrade the breaks on my Cannondale CAADX 105 from the ProBike things to TCR Spyres.
I need a 140mm Caliper and a 160mm Caliper by the looks of it.
Do I just keep the current discs in place? Are they compatible? Are they any good?
Sorry if that sounds dumb.. I've never played with disc breaks before
I'm no stranger to working on bikes so pretty sure I can swap them by myself
Thanks!

Brakes......
Yes you can keep the current discs and just change the caliper, it's a simple process.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
