Kuota Kharma Tyre clearance for 25mm ?

I have a 2009 kuota kharma - and have just ordered some wheels which come with 25mm tyres (i currently run 23's) - I just wondered due to the shape of the down tube - will a 25mm tyre fit

its a 2009 model - as pictured below (thats not my bike but the same version)

I have a 2012 which is the follow up and 25mm fits fine...doesnt completely answer your question but its a good indicator?

Sounds promising - its the way the wheel cuts into the shaped tube that bothers me - did yours come with 25mm as stock ? - or was this an upgrade.
