Inside of my full Suspension pivots

Hi, the inside of my full suspension pivots is cracked. It looks like a broken bolt. is this normal?

Think it might be normal, my Specialized has a split conical washer that looks like it's cracked but isn't.

Add pictures by using the Image insert in full editor with the URL (store the pic in tinypic, photobucket or similar)

Noting that it looks like the conical washer near the tip of the largest bolt is split as standard.
