I have 2 bikes - Cervelo S2 Shimano 105 and a Bianchi Oltre XR1 Campag Veloce

I am wanting to changing the chainrings to Osymetric ones and wondered is it as easy as unscrewing the current chainrings and putting on the new ones or do I need to consider other parts of the bike?

I want to try and do this myself rather than pay a Mechanic to do it.

I watched this video and it seems pretty straight forward.

You might need to change the height of the front mech to accommodate the larger part of the oval, which would mean re-indexing. That's about it, assuming you're sticking with the same size of rings.
