Looking for a long sleeve top or arm warmers to protect my arms from the sun.
Am just about to finish chemo and need keep protected from the sun, but looking get back on the bike soon. My biggest problem is that it doesn't take much for me to start sweating so looking for a light weight top.

Rapha do either the Pro-Team arm shields, and Lightweight armwarmers - both are £35 but the latter offer SPF50, the former SPF40

    Seem ideal for you.

I've started wearing UV sleeves in summer and have used various brands Pearl Izumi, Funkier, Lusso coolmax, Polaris, 2XU. Black is better at absorbing UV therefore offers better long term protection than light colours. From memory the Funkier ones are the thinnest/coolest.

Rapha currently 25% off if you do the survey first.

Under armour do heatgear compression long sleeve tops. I have one and if your sitting down after doing some work you can actually feel it working, rather a weird feeling as all of a sudden a certain part of you will cool down for no apparent reason.

Not sure if they have SPF though.
