I picked up a set of DTSwiss R-24 Spline wheels. The price was very reasonable, around 250 for the set. I use them for winter riding when I bring the Zipps in for the bad weather. They perform great0

Thanks all for your inputs, I've gone with the Mavic Aksium Elite. Had them on a bike before did 5k miles with no issues, lets hope history does repeat itself.0

Maybe what do you want to use the wheels for.
e,g
1)Looking bling on the sunday club cafe run
2)For racing aero/lightweight
3)For max relaibility while touring across china?

None of the above, but 3 is closes. I do avoid using my brakes, I find it wears them out. Anyway I don't go fast enough for brakes.0
