Don't know if it has been mentioned before so apologies if it has . But as the titles states this is a great channel and it has recently aired a programme called Mountain Bike Adventures where the hosts travel around the UK trail centres and ride each route .

The first two featured Dalby Forest then Bike Park Wales , great insight and a cool programme and gives me a bit of a heads up as i have recently found my way back to mud from road :D

Give it a watch !

    They haven't put anymore of the Mountain bike adventures on the TV channel , so head on over to YouTube where they have some more . Coed y brenin and the Olympic XC course plus others.
