Restoration project - Titan team Kelloggs

Hi all,
White frame, Kellogg's team graphics and yellow, red, orange stripes on frame on horizontal and under saddle.
New to the forum so thought I would show what I am working on and see if anybody could give any more info about this bike?
I recently acquired this bike - Titan team Kellogg's road race bike. It's in fairly decent condition, however I plan to strip it down and rebuild.
I have read a few things which I think are about this bike however wondered if anyone could confirm. I am lead to believe that this bike is quite a standard, day to day riders bike from the 80's - possibly a replica range available to the general public?
Any info would be greatly appreciated - I intend on a low budget rebuild either way so just intrigued really!
Thanks in advance.

It's a mass-market replica, not a team bike, as you rightly suggest. Shouldn't take much to get it back on the road again.0

Cheap bike from early 80s. It'd impress in the school bike sheds but that's about it.
Definitely not worth spending a big amount on. Just enough to get it road worthy.0 -
You need to sort that garage out - it's a right mess.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am
