Wahoo fitness app doesn't sync with Strava

So i linked Strava to my Wahoo fitness app correctly, however, the workout data doesn't sync, even after i clicked multiple times to upload the results and it shows successful, but when I turned on my Strava app, it still didn't show my result... Am i doing something wrong? I linked by using facebook log-ins

When you look on the elemnt companion app at your ride results, if you scroll down you should see your linked accounts with Strava being a little orange square. If its there, click on it and it should upload. Although I'm not sure why it's not doing it automatically.

Note that the Elemnt/Elemnt Bolt upload rides using wifi, not your phone.

If you always start and finish from home then it will upload straight away. If you are away from your usual wifi it will not upload until it is in range. The alternative is to find another source of wifi.

I am using wahoo fitness iphone app, not the GPS computer... it says its uploaded successfully, but Strava still has nothing

If it's anything like Garmin Connect it won't upload until you upload an activity you've done after linking the accounts. From what I've read it's a Strava thing.

Probably a stupid question but are you definitely using the same strava login in your strava app/desktop (where you aren't seeing the activity) as you've told the wahoo app?
