Wobbly cassette

Thought the miscellaneous creaking was BB related but given its a relatively new square taper I looked elsewhere and found my cassette wobbles a little (less than 1mm admittedly) , so suspect this could be the cause!

Any ideas how to fix it please? It's an 8 speed cassette on a khamsin wheel so it had the spacer on and can't believe its disintegrated and fallen off, the lock ring is on tight, so am guessing freehub bearings? Does this sound sensible? Any other thoughts welcome please!

If it is anything like the freehub on the zonda then almost certainly wear on the cartridge bearings of the freehub, especially the outer one.

On my zonda wheelset I just knock the bearings out and replace as required.

Big thread on this forum as to how to do this for zonda freehub, should be similar for a khamsin I presume.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions, had seen that thread and downloaded the campy manual but didn't want to start mucking around with bearings if there was an easier fix.
