Track Hubs?

I'm going to have a go at building a new rear wheel for my fixie and I'm looking for a new hub.
What's a decent quality, sensible weight track hub that doesn't cost the earth?
The bike isn't used on the track at all, it's just a commuter and used for general road riding when I fancy it. I'll be sticking the original wheels back on for winter commuting duties.
I was looking at the Novatec A165SBT and A166SBT hubs on eBay and noticed that they come in 20/24h as well as 32/32h. Is there any real benefit in going for 24h rear hubs over 32h?

As above. The miche rear hub has a wider flange seperation compared to the novatec.
Zenith make a decent alternative to the novatec hubs, they are cheaper to.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
