I bought a Vitus escarpe pro from CRC at the end of last year. On Saturday I managed to crack the rear hub at the point where the spokes attach. The piece where the spoke hooks into has completely sheered off on two spokes. I have emailed CRC and am waiting for a reply.
Has anyone had any experience of these hubs failing or dealing with CRC for warranty repairs. I'm not sure whether I'll be dealing direct with them, Vitus or Mavic.
