Is anyone familiar with Vermarc sizing?

I saw this team riding at Scheldeprijs, and fancy a jersey.



I don't have any aspirations of being a pro, I just like the look and colours of the jersey.

I have never bought anything Vermarc before, and this would appear to be a supporters edition, as opposed to a full on race fit.

Had we still had a decent exchange rate to the Euro I would probably go for the latter, but as it is I will go for the former.

I have found this on their official website, and there is a size quide on there of sorts:

That would seem to suggest with a 37" chest that Medium would probably be the right one, but was just hoping someone might have experience of the brand and subsequent sizing.
On another site, that I now can't find, I am also sure it said it was a 'comfort' fit, which would make me think I might need a small.
Clearly ordering from abroad I would be hoping to avoid the need to return an item!

Oh and finally, I have heard of Bobshop and Trikotexpress, but never ordered from either, am I right to assume they are legit retailers?

Clearly not then, I thought they did a fair amount of club kit, but perhaps not.
I've also e-mailed theur UK contact address, will see if they come back with anything.
On the UK site it says 'This is Italian sizing it comes up small, so size up' but even then I would assume it was comparable to Castelli, which is the question I have asked.

I've bought from Vermarc a couple of times when they had team stuff on sale. No issues.

I can't remember what size I got but I went by their website guide and it all fit fine. From memory it sizes roughly like Rapha?

I have some Vermarc kit (Bike Religion club kit). I'll have a look what size it is, when I'm home. I've changed shape a bit since I bought it (blimey, nearly 10years ago!), so it could be a size smaller and still fit.

I'm 5'11" and 75kg. Athletic build.

I'll add the sizes below as soon as I've been in the wardrobe. Bear with me...

Thankyou Pangolin, and much appreciated Ben - I am 68kg and a fairly athletic build, so what sizes you have and how they fit could prove pretty useful - neither of the mails I have sent have been replied to yet.
I'm 37" chest by the way.

Right. This didn't go to plan. My kit is old and the labels have gone. I am almost certain that they're Medium though. And I'm a 39" chest.

hehehe, it's the thought that counts though!

Thankyou for your efforts, that would certainly push me more towards a small I think - no reply yet from my two enquiries, hopefully something by the end of the week.

What kind of fit do they give you - ie super race fit, relaxed, or somewhere inbetween?

I'd say it's somewhere in between. Like a club jersey fit... so not Rapha Pro and not Foska London Pride.
