New commuter/winter bike (or frame)

Whilst fettling with the disc brakes on the commuter tonight I noticed that the wheels are fuxxed - they're under warranty so will get refund. Also absolutely fed up with disc brakes so thinking of taking the opportunity to go back to rim brakes.
Summer/best bike is Cannondale Supersix, so ideally was thinking of getting a Caad8 with identical geo and mudguard mounts. Because I have groupset and wheels would only want the Claris (or Sora) clad bikes to strip down and sell on, however, Claris and Sora clad 8's seem hard to find - unless anyone can point me in the right direction?
Any other recommendations for claris/sora bikes with mudguard mounts going cheap or even frameset with mounts people would recommend?

I got a Kinesis T2 last year that I'm pretty pleased with.
Takes full mudguards, similar geometry to my Felt, and rack mounts.
Running 105 on it with Deda finishing kit.
Needs long reach brakes though.0
