Upgrading to Di2 - shifter options

Hi all,

I'm looking to upgrade my wife's Specialized Alias to Di2 shifting. As far as I can tell, the frame is Di2 compatible and I should be able to use the internal seat post battery?

Ideally, I'd like to set the bike up with the normal Di2 STI levers on the drops and also have Di2 TT shifters on her TT bars - is this possible? Is there anything I need to look out for or be aware of? I know there are a couple of different junction boxes and assume I need the one with 5 ports. I'm hunting around on google for these answers, but struggling to find what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance for any advice anyone experienced in these things can offer.
