Orbea Orca OMR - Cable Rattle

Hi all - hoping something may be able to suggest something.

I recently bought an Orca OMR frame off someone. The frame was in cosmetically perfect condition and, having built the thing up, it is a joy to ride. However, whilst building it up it became apparent that the previous owner removed the internal cable routing cables from the frame's top-tube whilst disassembling and didn't mention this. As a result, the cable running through the top tube rattles inside the tube when going over any non-smooth road surface!!!! To say it is driving me insane would be an understatement...

Can anyone suggest a fix? I've looked on the Orbea website at their spares and can't see any replacements for sale. The eyelets for the internal cable routing are slightly narrower than normal.

Internal cable routing cables? I've had numerous bikes with internal cables and none of them had anything inside the frame to route the cables through. Only the plastic things they put on there to help you guide the cable through on the first build but these are intended to be removed.
I did have an orbea orca and had similar problems. I managed to find some rubber cable housing from work which helped a bit but that bike was the worst I ever owned for cable rattle.
