Supersix Himod - Bumpy Finish on Carbon Frame???

Looking at my almost new bike, noticed bumpy patch in the carbon on the top tube, by the seat. The link to teh pic is below, those dark colors are the bumps, not weird lighting. The bike was purchased in November of last year. Gonna bring it to the LBS next week, anyone ever seen anything like this before?

    Yeah that is strange. I suspect you will be getting a new frame.
