Garmin Verb XE Help

Hi Guys

I bought a Garmin Virb XE and took it out today, I put the camera on when I left the house and turned it off when I had finished.

When I import them to Virb Edit the ride is broken into various files and its not just one file.

Is this correct or should it be from start to finish (The ride was 5 hours and I ran it off a power battery storage as the battery life is rubbish)

Don't know specifically about the Virb, but the GoPro does this (and is supposed to).

Just had a look at the actual files and its split the ride into numerous 15 mins clips, Thanks

VirbX/XE split files into 15minute clips regardless of setting so you can have a 1920x1280 30fps clip or a 1270x720 30fps clip both 15 minutes long, the only difference between the two will be the actual file size. The original Virb records to 3.41GB file size which I think is something to do with FAT32/NTFS file size limitations.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
