    Kwiakowski is the worst offender.
Bit harsh. He's only a little fella, and everyone knows that turnups don't work with shorts

    ...Unless you're Sean Yates.

Got a nice 55km with about 6km of Cheshire cobbles planned for tomorrow morning. Then to Rapha in time for the Arenburg :)

Hope you did the Bradford Lane/Hocker Lane cobbles, they are the most Roubaix like of the Alderley Edge cobbles:

I added a segment for all the Alderley cobbled sectors which is quite good fun; Swiss Hill after Woodbrook Road with minimum recovery is tough! https://www.strava.com/segments/14501450

I did Bradford Lane but I think I messed up the route making cos my route went left at the fork and I ended up going up a bridleway, which wasn't really road bike appropriate... and missed out Hocker Lane. It was still good fun though.

I liked the one in Poynton/Adlington, https://www.strava.com/segments/3592381 - but would have been better going the opposite way as I think they're generally better when they're a slight climb.

Right at the fork onto Hocker Lane is a dirt road for a mile or two but fine for a road bike, brings you out at the top of Birtles. I didn't know about that Poynton/Adlington sector, will have to check it out sometime 8)

Surprised by only 4 tour stages, how about GT stage wins as a whole? He must have got his sprinters spurs by winning big race stages surely?

In that case yes, I think that Poynton sector is nearly as good (but I liked the way the Bradford Lane sector has a proper crown etc., felt so proper...)

Thought some of you might be interested in the Boonen farewell film I produced and shot for this week's inCycle, as told by his teammates for Roubaix. https://youtu.be/UHTMKMT8pGM?t=11m44s

I was expecting Antoine de Caunes to pop out at any moment in a mini episode of Euro Trash.
