Internal rear brake help

I'm building up a Cinelli Saetta frameset that has internal rear brake routing. When trying to thread the cable outer the whole cable plus the ferrules fit inside of the frame and don't stop at the point of entry. This means there is no point having the ferrules (I almost lost one inside the frame at first).

Do I run a full length outer through the frame?
Do I cut two pieces and have them going into the frame without a stopping point?
Or Something else that I'm missing?

Thanks!

Cheers, I'd just about come to this conclusion. It's a shame I've already cut the decent Shimano outer I had to the wrong length. I've got some cheaper stuff laying around though.

2 Pieces of outer cable will do the job too, but there's more chance of moisture getting in...
