Specialized elite 2011 model - worth it?

Just looking for a good entry bike that isn't super heavy. I got offered a specialized elite 2011 model with full sram apex groupo for £240. Is this a good deal? Bike seems in good condition overall. I guess only thing worrying me is the SRAM groupo, are they reliable and in the future will it be difficult to put a shimano group on?

    As relaiable as the other two main manufacturers. It's a very good value groupset.

    Assuming that the bike in in good order, then it's a fair price.

    Yeah its as reliable as the guy that owns it.
