subsitute for shimano rs 010 freehub

Looking for replacement freehub for rs010 wheel.
Shimano part no. is Y48U98040.
There do not appear to be any in UK shops
would another Shimano freehub work? There are a few v. similar ones available.

They are a relatively cheap wheelset so given the exorbitant cost of shimano spares it's probably more economical to just replace the wheel.

You might find one s/h on ebay??
