BMC GF02 105 or Ultegra 2016

Hi All
Having just missed out on a BMC GF01 Disc (2016) in my size I am now deciding between getting the heavier non disc BMC GF02 105 or Ultegra (2016).
Which would you guys recommend to go for in terms of groupset? I am not a competitive racer but would appreciate a slick running and lightweight system that will last. I also live in a block of flats where I would need to get it through a few doors etc.
I would save £355 by going for the 105 groupset.
The wheels on the 105 are Shimano WH-RS010 and Shimano WH-RS11 on the Ultegra.
Thoughts and other recommendations welcomed.
