I bought a lifeline spoke tension tool and have probably thrown away the chart

Is there any simple way to turn the numbers on the tool into something useful like kg or newtons if it's not that already.

This is the item in question.

I'm getting between 45/47 on this but not sure if that's really enough tension as I don't know what it means. It's just a number. My Boardman rims from the factory are 47/50 but it's a different rim manufacturer.
