Are the Giant PA-2 wheels (30mm rims) coming on my new bike better/worse long term than the American Classic Victory (30mm rims) I already have?

I need to sell my old bike to fund the new one, but will keep the better wheel set.

Any ideas clever peeps?

    They are probably marginally below par, but they come with a warranty, which is lost once you sell them. The AC are most likely out of warranty, so nothing to lose there.

    I don't think either way will make much difference
