Condor Acciaio buying advise

Hi, I'm looking for some advise on possibly buying a Condor Accacio 49cm.
I'm looking to upgrade from my Giant Defy 3, Shimano Sora with upgraded Fulcrum 5 LG wheels.
I went into Condor the other week and like the week and they measured me up. I'm annoyingly between sizes at 49cm. A brand new bike that is decent, is out of the question for me. So i'm looking to buy something a bit classy and timeless second hand. I generally do Sunday club runs and sportives in the summer. So something comfortable but still with a bit of zip is important for me.
A friend of a friend has offered me a second had 2013 Acciaio for £750, no less. Comes complete with Campag Chorus 11 speed and Campag Vento wheels.
What's the max you would pay for this set up?
thanks,
David

To me that sounds like a bargain.
I would also consider that if you are willing to pay a bit more on the new bike they will put together a custom geometry bike for you. It takes some time though but the results will be great.RIP commute...
Sometimes seen bimbling around on a purple Fratello Disc or black and red Aprire Vincenza.0 -
