Breaking the bond of Super Glue

Hi,
I've got a pair of worn out brake pads super glued to alloy backing plates that need to be changed over, So, would some one be good enough to remind me what temp. ( preferably expressed as an oven gas mark ) & duration I need to break the chemical bond of super glue so that I can fit some new pads?

Don't know about using the oven, but acetone (nail varnish remover) will do it.0
