Vertical storage without front wheel

Hi, I've recently moved into a new apartment after splitting with my mrs. I need to store my bike vertically so it takes up minimal space.
Are there any vertical racks that I can use without the front wheel being attached to the bike, so the handlebars can rotate and take up less space so can be further into the corner? My Google fu is pretty weak admittedly as the only ones I've seen need the wheel still on the bike. Or has anyone made their own?

I made these with a cheap cast ring fitting from B&Q and some old climbing carabiners and slings. It's not quite what you asked for but I guess it would still work with the wheel off.All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.
