Garmin Connect not showing Sufferfest or TrainerRoad imported Activities

Up until a week or so ago, I was able to import the TCX file from either TrainerRoad or the Sufferfest App into Garmin Connect, and it would show up in my activity list. It would then sync to TrainingPeaks and Strava.
It now doesn't list in activities, but it does sync to TrainingPeaks and Strava.
I've contacted Garmin:
"This issue is something that we are aware of and are working hard towards a resolution, however, we do not have a timeframe for this to be completed as yet.
When the issue has been corrected, the fix will be released in a software update. This will be announced on your Garmin Connect account or on Garmin Express."
By their reply, it sounds like they have not understood the issue?
Anyone else having the same issue?
