Hi,

I've just returned my Halfords Travelling Track Pump (http://www.halfords.com/cycling/bike-ma ... -bike-pump) which, after 7 months of use, had started to leak air rather than pump it into the tyre. It was a fair enough pump when it worked, and I'm after another mini track pump, but something that will be a bit more durable.

Got a Halfords voucher, so ideally need to shop there. Use is for MTB (usually carry in pack) and Commuter/CX (usually mounted to frame, so open to the elements and the muck). Budget - max £30.

I've narrowed it down to one of these two - anyone experience of either, or recommendations for anything else I should look at?

Cheers all.

Topeak are good, but my first choice would always be Lezyne.

For a mountain bike though, get the high volume, not high pressure.

    This one, and it's cheaper.

My Mountain Morph is coming up to 6 years old and still faultless. If it broke tomorrow I'd buy another MM but the one with a gauge.

Hmm. 1 vote each. Good to know both come recommended, but can't decide. Might as well go for the slightly cheaper MM unless others come along and convince me otherwise!

I've got that Lezyne one, it's not the smallest pump but it works well which is worth any small weight penalty when you're fixing a puncture in pissing rain. Its very well made too.
